W latach 87-: 91 grał m. in w zespole BLUSTRO razem z: Bogdanem Mizerskim (voc,b), Jarkiem Nasalskim (g.), Zbigniewem Kańskim (hca), Dariuszem Nawarą (dr.), Andrzejem Przybielskim (tp.), Bronisławem Dużym ( tb) oraz poetą Tadeuszem Sławkiem - byłym rektorem Uniwersytetu Śląskiego w Katowicach.
W tym okresie zespół awansował na dużą scenę Rawa Blues Festival oraz Jarocin (1988). Wraz ze wspomnianym zespołem BLUSTRO nagrał płytę "Blues pod kominem" będącej pokłosiem jedno edycyjnego festiwalu w Pałacu Kultury Zagłębia w Dąbrowie Górniczej, pod tą samą nazwą.
Nadmienię, że w festiwalu tym zagrali jeszcze Monkey Business, Nocna zmiana Bluesa, Herloks, Dżem, Duo C. Czternastek - Jan Modzelewski, Jan Janowski oraz Józek Skrzek.
Po tym dość płodnym okresie artystycznym Cezary Czternastek wyjechał do Niemiec i grał z Mirkiem Winiarskim (g.) w zespole, "Hank Davidson Band". Był też twórcą grupy Cezar Blues Band.
Cezary Czternastek pochowany został 10 marca 2008 na cmentarzu komunalnym w Brzegu.
